1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Your Account

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure.
• Do not share your b9 login account access with any other person, including family members. All activity on your account is your responsibility regardless of who performed it.

4 Deposits

All deposits on b9 login are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment account is prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly in the deposit section of your b9 login account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally reflected in your b9 login PKR balance within a few minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• B9 login does not accept deposits from third parties or on behalf of other players. All funds must originate from the account holder's own payment sources.
• Deposited funds are for use on the b9 login platform. Depositing solely for the purpose of reversing the transaction is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a registered bank account in your name.
• Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed more quickly.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown in the Withdrawal section. Processing times vary by payment method.
• B9 login reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as the b9 login account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly not permitted.

6 Games & Betting

B9 login offers a range of gaming products including Casino table games, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo and Sports Betting covering cricket (including PSL and T20), football and esports.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live events in the case of sports and live casino. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once accepted by the system. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager in PKR.
• B9 login reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors or suspected match manipulation.

• The availability of specific games or betting markets may change without notice due to provider agreements, technical maintenance or other operational reasons.
• Playing games or placing bets while experiencing connectivity issues is at the player's own risk. B9 login is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to player-side connection problems.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

B9 login may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are provided at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b9 login. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen payment details, identity fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Use of software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error must be reported and will not be honoured.
• Money laundering or using b9 login to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions applied to a previous account.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Requests from law enforcement or payment processors.

11 Limitation of Liability

B9 login provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• B9 login is not liable for losses caused by network outages, device failures or interruptions on your end during a gaming session or transaction.
• B9 login is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the PKR balance held in your account at the time of a verified platform error.
• In the event of a verified technical error that affects a game result or transaction, our liability is limited to correcting the specific error and restoring the affected balance where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability in cases of gross negligence, fraud committed by b9 login, or any other circumstance where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the b9 login platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and the b9 login brand name — is the property of b9 login or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
